Kilwins Richmond is locally owned and operated by Valerie and Derek Poh. Valerie and Derek are both natives of Richmond and are no strangers to Carytown. Kilwins is located in the very same building that Derek's Grandfather and Mother owned and ran Carey Burke Carpets from 1978-2017. They are both thrilled to run Kilwins out of a space so rich with family history. Valerie is a graduate of Saint Gertrude High School and Virginia Tech and Derek is a graduate of Benedictine High School and the University of Virginia. They currently live only minutes from Carytown with their three small children.
