We make a wide variety of confections right in our candy kitchen. Watch as our products are hand-crafted in the store right before your eyes. See creamy Mackinac Island Fudge being paddled the traditional way on marble tables. Listen to the gentle gong of a wooden paddle on a copper kettle as sweet Caramel Corn and Brittle are being hand-crafted. Watch as we hand-dip fresh apples in our original Caramel recipe, developed by Don Kilwin himself, for that Perfect Caramel Apple. And that is just the beginning. We also hand-dip a variety of treats in our decadently smooth and delicious Heritage Milk, Dark, or White Chocolate.
