Official Rules
1. PURCHASE NECESSARY TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL.
2. HOW TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL: You will receive one $10.00 gift card (“Promotional Material”) for each gift card with a value of at least $50.00. The Promotional Material may be used only at one or more of our stores or at our website (Kilwins.com). The Promotional Material is available only for purchases occurring on or after September 1, 2024 and on or before December 31, 2024.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of September 1, 2024, except for employees of Kilwins Chocolate Franchise, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Void where prohibited.
4. PROVISION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL: Upon purchase of a gift card with a value of at least $50.00, the Promotional Material will be provided during or immediately after the completion of the transaction. Promotional Material is earned in $10.00 increments and no partial amount will be provided. For example, if a gift card is purchased for $75 dollars, the purchaser will receive $10.00 in Promotional Material. If a gift card is purchased for $100, the purchaser would receive $20.00 in Promotional Material. All income taxes resulting from the Promotional Material, if any, is the responsibility of winner. By receiving the Promotional Materials, you accept and agree to these Official Rules. All federal and state laws apply.

EXPIRATION DATE OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL: Promotional Materials are valid January 1, 2025, and any unspent amount forfeited after June 30, 2025, regardless of the date the Promotional Materials were received. Note that this is different than our normal, non-Promotional Material gift cards, which do not have an expiration date. The Promotional Materials are subject to an expiration date, which is June 30, 2025.
6. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: All matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotional Materials and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
